Designed for SOHOs and SMBs, this flexible solution enables communication and collaboration in mobility! This is an integrated solution, easy to deploy and may be linked with the Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office. It may be also fully integrated with existing network infrastructures. Alcatel-Lucent Extended Communication Server is available in two different editions and offers an array of associated software packages.

Software Packs for Alcatel-Lucent Extended Communication Server

• "Eye-soft Suite" included on each platform provides system base, easy remote management, backup, update and allows easy management of the company's network (LAN, WAN, DHCP server, VPN,....). It also includes shared and secured Internet access with firewall, authenticated proxy and Web hosting.
• "Collaboration pack", provides a wide range of services to share information across the company: contact, calendar, files, email, news.... Thanks to the "Virtual Desktop" all employees can access their emails, shared calendar and contacts from anywhere through an Internet connected client. This pack also includes Alcatel-Lucent Connector for Microsoft Outlook® which allows employees to access emails and also to retrieve all personal, group and company contacts registered on the Eye-box and shared calendar, using the Microsoft Outlook® messaging client.
• "Unified Communication pack", is a voice-data convergence solution based on the Alcatel-Lucent Extended Communication Server and Alcatel-Lucent's OmniPCX Office communications system. This software pack is designed to integrate Alcatel-Lucent's telephone services into the enterprise IT infrastructure and to offer new applications that improve company's performance. A unified messaging application can be used by all users to access their emails and voice mails from any PC connected to the internet. This pack also includes 75 PIMphony TEAM soft-phone licenses and nomadic mode with a click-to-call feature.
• "Mobility pack", offers a Mobile Virtual Desktop to travelling employees. The best and most convenient way to retrieve all the company's information (emails, contacts, company & personal directory and calendar, ....) through a mobile device relying on a secure connection as at the office.
• Business Partners Options Pack Alcatel-Lucent Extended Communication Server solution includes 2 business partners options:
  • Kaspersky Labs® anti-virus software that protects email messages and attachments,
  • Optenet's URL filter that controls both URLs and content to make sure that the Internet is used securely and appropriately.
